Our Projects
We have already done lots in the Community to spread tennis to as many people as possible and we are excited to create more.
Examples of community interest projects we have delivered in East Kent:
East Kent Community Partnership (EKCP):
We are delighted to be part of the East Kent Community Programme supported by the Tasso Foundation in association with RMG Associates. Click here to see:
Girls Only Sessions:
Our successful Girls Only sessions at Herne Bay provided an opportunity for girls to play tennis in a safe environment.
Our Prime Video sessions allowed 45 girls to access tennis and continue to play today.
Rusty Rackets:
Thanks to our support Infinity Tennis has been able to offer 4 week free adult tennis tuition to the people of Thanet, Herne Bay & Faversham. We don’t just provide tennis lessons, but a platform for people to meet new friends, improve their fitness and well being whilst enhancing their tennis skills.
Memberships:
We have been working with local clubs to create free memberships and training opportunities for refugees.
How we provide community opportunities:
Our funding comes from a range of sources, including through private sponsorship, donations and benefactors, community grants from national and local charities and trusts, and local council funding.
These grants have enabled us to provide free or heavily subsidised services for people.
We would love to hear from businesses who want to sponsor an activity for their community’s benefit. Contact us here if you can offer something.
